I Received A Citation, How Do I Pay For It?
If you receive a citation from Algood PD, you have multiple options to satisfy your citation. If you choose to admit guilt, you may pay your citation in full any day BEFORE your court date. You may make payments in the office with cash, check, card (with convenience fee), over the one with a credit card (convenience fee will apply), or by mailing a check or money order. If you are interested and eligible for attending a driver's safety course, you must appear in court for the Judge's approval prior to attending. You also have the option to plead not guilty at your court appearance and request a trial from the Judge.
